THANK YOU, Glenpool Eye Care! It's always good to see you around!

Glenpool's Support Employee of the Month is Logan Harris. Mr. Harris works at the Lower Elementary as a paraprofessional with our special education students.
His colleagues nominated him with these comments: Logan has become a valuable part of the Lower Elementary SPED department. His patience with students with special needs is commendable, and he truly has a heart for the students he serves. He has an amazing way of forming relationships with the students he serves, and the students genuinely love him.

The District's Elementary Teacher of the Month is Rachel Welch. Ms. Welch teaches in our STEM program.
A note from her colleagues: Rachel is always willing to take on any project and help in any way possible. She usually stays behind the scenes but does so much to provide support. She deserves some recognition for all of her endurance and fortitude. We always love it when she comes for STEM down at the lower for a nice break. The kids love to have that time, too, and always appreciate "Ms. Stem."

Help us congratulate Megan Moore as our District Secondary Teacher of the Month! Ms. Moore works with our high school special education students.
A comment from her colleagues: Megan has gone above and beyond in setting up the high school special education classroom. She has created a welcoming space for her students to feel safe. Her new teaching techniques have been fun, and the students love her style!!! Megan has worked extremely hard to make this start of the school year run smoothly with our students. We are blessed to have her at the high school.
